     Day surgery of small tumor, nasal polyp and myringoplasty for chronic otitis (small perforation) can be performed. As for Pierced Accessories, we only do pierced earrings.

POLYPECTOMY

     Nasal polyp may not necessarily develop into cancer, but when they grow in size they may cause a breathing difficulty from a stuffy nose. This condition may also result in loss of smell as well as snoring problems. In the worse scenario, it may lead to a more serious sinusitis requiring an operation to eliminate both the nasal polyp as well as the sinusitis. We recommend that you take care of nasal polyps at your earliest convenience, because we would like to prevent unnecessary difficulties associated with operating　especially on elderly people.

MYRINGOPLASTY

     Chronic Otitis Media is caused by bacteria entering the opening in the ear drum and causing inflammation. And because of the opening in the the ear drum, sound is not correctly transmitted to the inner ear; thus, creating a hearing loss. Repeated inflammation may also dull the activity of the auditory ossicle (a small bone further inside your ear drum); when this happens, the operation to close the hole would not be sufficient to improve the hearing loss problem. 　This Clinic conducts day surgeries for cases where the hole is relatively small and not involving serious inflammations.

PIERCED EARRINGS/ACCESSORIES

     Being a medical clinic, we normally handle cases where people with inflammation problems associated with pierced earrings visit us for help. However, due to an overwhelming request for having pierced earrings, etc., we try our best to comply. To minimize the possibility of a metal allergy (where the metal comes in contact with the skin), we use a pure titanium or a special medical silicone material. If you are seriously interested, we would appreciate doing the following before coming to the Clinic: to mark with a seal or a marker pen,  the exact spot you would like your pierced rings or accessories done.
