          In response to numerous requests from our patients, we now have this Complete Medical Checkup Service. This is ideal for those people who do not feel anything wrong now, but would like to double check with their own eyes. In principle, a reservation is required for this session. CHECKUP OF THE EAR

        Checking your ear wax and cleaning of the same (can show you your ear drums using the endoscope), testing for loss of hearing (will also test the 6kHz level, which is normally not done in ordinary tests), testing of your middle ear and ear drums, etc.  The fee for this Ear Checkup is \15,000.

     This patient took the general checkup as shown on left. He then retook our test and we found out that he had the case of the Gradual High-Tone Hearing Loss.

     Note: This 6kHz frequency is not normally tested in the regular checkups, but if a patient has a problem with this frequency, it often results in a hearing loss, or a ringing ear. This frequency is also valuable  in determining data for the proper use of hearing aids. This can also be a vital point to remember for people involved in the music or sound related occupations.

CHECKUP OF THE NOSE

     Checking for signs of Chronic Sinusitis and nasal polyps using the fiberscope and X-Ray. To determine the existence of any allergies, such as from pollen, a blood test is also required. Please contact the Clinic for more details. The Fee for the Nose Checkup is \13,000.

CHECKUP OF THE PHARYNX AND LARYNX

        A thorough checkup in search of problems such as Laryngeal Cancer and Vocal Fold Polyp or Nodules would be conducted. This session is ideal especially for those people who use their voice for work, or for those who do not currently seem to have any problems, but would like to double check themselves viewing their own vocal cord, etc. and satisfy themselves of being healthy. The Fee for this session is \10,000.

This includes the whole course of the various checkups described above. The Fee is \30,000.

          Most Insurance Policies do not cover for checkups, but they do for treatments in the event the checkup reveals any problems or questionable areas. So, be sure to bring your insurance documents with you. Please note that even if no problem is found going through the above checkup procedures, such report is only based on the data revealed at the time of the checkup and does not necessarily guaranty any problems (such as tumor) developing in the future.
